We offer free shipping to all orders over $250 within Australia.
Free shipping is by standard freight and can take 5-7 working days to some capital cities, country areas may be longer.
Upgrade freight is optional and is 2 working days from time of order to most capital cities (excluding Darwin), country areas may be longer.
Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO boxes. If you are currently traveling please allow enough time for the product to arrive before you depart the location that the item is being sent to, or make arrangements with the local caravan park etc to on forward when it arrives. Unfortunately we cannot take any responsibility for on forwarding shipments once they have left us.
International Shipping – Standard shipping is 6-15 business days
** Covid update – due to the freight volumes generated and social distancing required by freight processors they no longer provide guarantees regarding their service delivery times. It is therefore impossible for us to provide freight guarantees to our customers other that the areas that are in our control.
GST and Prices
GST is only payable on orders delivered within Australia. All international orders will be GST free, this will be reflected in your cart when you select your destination country.
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Backorders
Some items are “Available on back-order” when we have scheduled arrival of stock and an order for these items can be placed. As soon as the stock is available your order will be dispatched and we will notify you.
Items showing “Out of stock” do not have a confirmed arrival and cannot be ordered. You are welcome to contact us regarding these items and we can advise future expected availability
Returns
In the unfortunate event an item needs to be returned please contact us through the contact form. An RMA number will be issued and the product needs to be returned with this number to be able to process.
